청렴윤리경영 선포식 / 국립호남권생물자원관

기후에너지환경부 산하 국립호남권생물자원관(관장 박진영)은 10월 13일, 전 직원이 참석한 가운데 「청렴윤리경영 선포식」을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

국립호남권생물자원관은 2021년 개관 이후, 기관 내 청렴문화 확산을 위해, 1부서 1청렴 자율실천운동, 직무청렴계약 선언식, 리버스 멘토링, 윤리경영 챌린지, 청렴라떼 캠페인 등 다양한 활동을 추진해왔다.

이번 선포식은 그간의 노력을 기반으로 청렴윤리경영을 한층 강화하고, 실천 의지를 대내외에 표명하기 위해 마련됐다.

행사에 참석한 전 직원은, 윤리경영 준수, 사적 이해관계 배제, 부정청탁 금지 등 주요 청렴 항목에 대한 실천 의지를 함께 선언했다.

박진영 관장은 “국립호남권생물자원관의 핵심가치인 성장·효율·융합·신뢰 중 가장 중요한 것은 기관에 대한 신뢰이며, 성공적인 기관 운영을 위해서는 투명하고 청렴한 조직문화 정착이 무엇보다 중요하다”고 강조했다.

이어 “이번 청렴윤리경영 선포식을 비롯한 다양한 윤리경영 활동을 통해 국민이 신뢰하는 공공기관으로 거듭나겠다.”고 밝혔다.

국립호남권생물자원관은 앞으로도 지속적인 청렴문화 확산과 윤리경영 실천을 통해 신뢰받는 기관으로 자리매김한다는 계획이다.

National Institute of Biological Resources for Honam Region Holds Integrity and Ethical Management Proclamation Ceremony
The National Institute of Biological Resources for the Honam Region (Director Park Jin-young), under the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment, held an “Integrity and Ethical Management Proclamation Ceremony” on October 13, attended by all staff members.
Since its opening in 2021, the Institute has been promoting a culture of integrity through various initiatives, including the “One Department, One Integrity Self-Implementation Campaign,” signing of “Duty Integrity Contracts,” reverse mentoring, the Ethical Management Challenge, and the “Integrity Latte” campaign.
This ceremony was organized to further strengthen integrity and ethical management and to publicly affirm the Institute’s commitment to these principles.
All participating staff collectively pledged to uphold key integrity practices, including adherence to ethical management, avoidance of personal conflicts of interest, and prohibition of improper solicitations.
Director Park Jin-young emphasized, “Among the Institute’s core values of growth, efficiency, convergence, and trust, the most important is trust in the organization. Establishing a transparent and ethical organizational culture is essential for successful management.” He added, “Through this Integrity and Ethical Management Proclamation Ceremony and various ongoing ethical management activities, we will continue to evolve as a public institution trusted by the people.”
The National Institute of Biological Resources for the Honam Region plans to continue fostering a culture of integrity and practicing ethical management to establish itself as a reliable institution.
