전라남도는 2025년 전남형 예비사회적기업 3개소를 신규 지정했다고 20일 밝혔다.
이번에 지정된 기업은, 고품질 농작물 전문 유통업을 하는 나주 ㈜아이디팜, 친환경 건축자재와 조형물을 생산하는 곡성 ㈜그린산업개발, 생활폐기물 수거와 재활용 사업을 운영하는 고흥 은성환경㈜이다.
전남형 예비 사회적 기업은 취약계층에게 복지·교육·문화 등 사회서비스를 제공하거나, 전체 근로자의 30% 이상을 취약계층으로 고용하는 등 지역사회 공헌 활동을 수행하는 기업을 대상으로 전남도지사가 지정한다.
예비 사회적 기업으로 지정되면 3년간 자격이 유지되며, 전남도가 추진하는 재정 지원 사업에 참여할 수 있다.
기업당 최대 2천만 원의 시설·장비 지원, 3천만 원 이내의 사업개발비 지원이 가능하며, 공공기관 우선구매 자격도 부여된다.
또한, 제품 홍보·판로 확대·경영 컨설팅 등 단계적 경쟁력 강화를 위한 다양한 지원도 함께 제공된다.
전남도는 2020년부터 현재까지 총 134개 기업을 예비 사회적 기업으로 지정했으며, 이 중 73개 기업은 정식 사회적 기업으로 인증 받아 지역경제 활성화에 기여하고 있다.
김준철 전남도 일자리경제과장은 “이번 신규 지정으로 민간의 창의적 역량이 더해져 전남 사회적경제가 한층 성장할 것으로 기대한다”며 “전남도는 지정 기업이 정식 사회적 기업으로 발전하도록 적극 지원하겠다.”고 밝혔다

Jeollanam-do Designates Three New “Preliminary Social Enterprises” Driving Local Community Innovation

Various benefits provided, including financial support and priority purchase by public institutions
JEOLLANAM-DO, South Korea — On October 20, 2025, Jeollanam-do announced the designation of three new Jeonnam-type preliminary social enterprises.
The newly designated companies are: IDFarm Co., Ltd. in Naju, specializing in high-quality agricultural product distribution; Green Industry Development Co., Ltd. in Gokseong, producing eco-friendly construction materials and sculptures; and Eunseong Environment Co., Ltd. in Goheung, operating waste collection and recycling services.
Jeonnam-type preliminary social enterprises are companies recognized by the Governor of Jeollanam-do for contributing to the local community by providing welfare, educational, and cultural services to vulnerable groups or by employing vulnerable workers for at least 30% of their workforce.
Designated preliminary social enterprises maintain their status for three years and are eligible to participate in various financial support programs offered by Jeollanam-do. Each company can receive up to KRW 20 million in facility and equipment support and up to KRW 30 million in project development funds. In addition, they gain eligibility for priority purchase by public institutions.
The enterprises also receive a range of support to strengthen their competitiveness in stages, including product promotion, market expansion, and management consulting.
Since 2020, Jeollanam-do has designated a total of 134 companies as preliminary social enterprises, with 73 of them officially certified as social enterprises contributing actively to local economic revitalization.
Kim Jun-cheol, Director of the Jobs and Economy Division of Jeollanam-do, said, “This new designation is expected to further boost the growth of Jeonnam’s social economy by combining creative private-sector capabilities. Jeollanam-do will actively support these designated enterprises in developing into certified social enterprises.”
