“바이오 중소기업 성장 지원 본격화”… 국립호남권생물자원관, ‘기업성장응답센터’ 운영

국립호남권생물자원관이 바이오 분야 중소기업의 현장 애로사항을 적극 청취하고 실질적인 성장 지원에 나선다.
국립호남권생물자원관은 오는 6월부터 바이오 중소기업과의 소통 강화를 위한 ‘기업성장응답센터’를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

기업성장응답센터는 자원관 사업에 참여하거나 협력을 희망하는 바이오 중소기업들이 현장에서 겪는 각종 제도적 불편사항과 애로사항을 상시 수렴하고, 이를 개선하기 위한 전담 소통 창구 역할을 수행한다.

특히 국립호남권생물자원관은 기업들이 불이익에 대한 우려 없이 자유롭게 의견을 제시할 수 있도록 ‘기업민원 보호·서비스 헌장’을 공표했다. 헌장에는 민원을 제기한 기업의 신분 보호와 공정한 행정 서비스 제공에 대한 약속이 담겨 있어 기업 친화적 소통 환경 조성에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

기업성장응답센터는 기업들의 접근성과 편의성을 높이기 위해 온라인과 현장 상담을 병행 운영한다.
온라인 상담은 국립호남권생물자원관 누리집을 통해 상시 이용할 수 있으며, 현장 상담은 자원관 내에서 직접 진행된다. 이를 통해 기업들은 사업 참여 과정에서 발생하는 다양한 문의사항과 건의사항을 보다 신속하게 전달할 수 있게 된다.

국립호남권생물자원관은 향후 접수된 기업 의견을 바탕으로 내부 업무 프로세스를 점검하고 제도 개선 방안을 마련할 계획이다. 또한 필요할 경우 중소기업 옴부즈만 등 관계 기관과 협력해 기업들이 체감할 수 있는 실질적인 지원 대책을 발굴할 방침이다.

박진영 국립호남권생물자원관장은 “바이오 중소기업들이 현장에서 겪는 작은 어려움에도 귀를 기울이는 것이 소통의 출발점”이라며 “기업의 애로사항을 적극 경청하고 실질적인 지원을 확대해 상생 발전할 수 있는 기반을 마련해 나가겠다.”고 말했다.

한편 국립호남권생물자원관은 이번 기업성장응답센터 운영을 계기로 바이오산업 생태계 활성화와 기업 경쟁력 강화 지원에 더욱 속도를 낼 것으로 기대된다.

The National Honam Biological Resources Institute (President Park Jin-young) is set to actively listen to the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the bio industry and provide practical support for their growth.
The institute announced that it will launch the “Corporate Growth Response Center” in June as a dedicated communication platform aimed at strengthening cooperation with bio SMEs.
The Corporate Growth Response Center will serve as a permanent communication channel where bio SMEs participating in, or seeking cooperation with, the institute’s programs can freely raise concerns regarding institutional inconveniences and operational difficulties encountered in the field. The center will also work to identify and implement improvements based on the feedback received.
In particular, the National Honam Biological Resources Institute has announced a “Corporate Civil Complaints Protection and Service Charter” to ensure that companies can express their opinions without fear of disadvantage or discrimination. The charter guarantees the protection of complainants’ identities and the provision of fair administrative services, thereby fostering a business-friendly communication environment.
To enhance accessibility and convenience, the Corporate Growth Response Center will operate through both online and on-site consultation services.
Online consultations will be available at all times through the institute’s official website, while face-to-face consultations can be conducted directly at the institute. This dual-channel system will enable businesses to communicate inquiries, suggestions, and concerns more quickly and efficiently throughout their participation in institute programs.
Based on the feedback collected, the institute plans to review and improve its internal operational processes and institutional frameworks. When necessary, it will also collaborate with relevant organizations, including the Small and Medium Business Ombudsman, to develop practical support measures that can deliver tangible benefits to bio SMEs.
Park Jin-young, President of the National Honam Biological Resources Institute, stated, “Listening carefully to even the smallest difficulties faced by bio SMEs in the field is the starting point of meaningful communication. We will continue to actively listen to corporate concerns and expand practical support measures to establish a strong foundation for mutual growth and development.”
Meanwhile, the institute expects that the launch of the Corporate Growth Response Center will further accelerate efforts to strengthen the bio-industry ecosystem and enhance the competitiveness of bio SMEs.
