2025년 8월 15일 금요일 밤, 한국소리문화의전당 놀이마당은 전례 없는 에너지로 가득 찼다.

제24회 전주세계소리축제 ‘소리썸머나잇’의 주인공은 바로 ‘이날치’. 독보적인 음악 세계와 한국적 정서를 현대적으로 풀어낸 이들은, 그 밤을 잊을 수 없는 순간으로 물들였다.

전통을 새롭게 노래하는 이들, 이날치
2019년 결성된 ‘이날치’는 국악 기반의 독창적인 사운드를 바탕으로 ‘얼터너티브 팝 밴드’라는 새로운 음악 지평을 열어가고 있다.

특히, 앰비규어스댄스컴퍼니와 협업한 <범 내려온다>는 2020년 한국관광공사의 캠페인을 통해 전 세계의 이목을 집중시키며 그 이름을 각인시켰다.

이날치의 중심에는 베이스 연주자이자 소리의 기둥인 장영규였다.

At the heart of the 24th Jeonju International Sori Festival's signature event, “Sori Summer Night,” stood none other than LEENALCHI, a band redefining Korean music with their unique sound and contemporary take on tradition.
